  1. It's the age old question and the source of all the corruption/ bias arguments - consistency in decision making.
  2. Apathy is what allows them to control things, I don't blame the club as non of our support are really from the 'activist' mentality, you get that from minorities not the silent majority of law abiding citizens.
  3. Naive view. I don't think there is corruption but I do think Refs are swayed by the press and social media, either for their professional jobs or for the wackos in the filth support. If we stay quiet whilst everyone else complains, we look weak, are weak and will be trodden over. For example, a very quick search of ClydeSSB ^^ Two dubious and advantageous decisions go the filths way, one (clash of heads) never seen a penalty been given before in Scottish football. Nothing see, stonewallers, diver, move on. ^^ Ball hits Goldson arm, which is in at his chest, from less than a foot away from the attacker which is clearer not a handball by the rules, yet 'People can think that, can say its a penalty'
  4. It's not that I disagree it can be seen as a red, its that Rangers seem to be held to a different standard. We see worse challenges against us that aren't even carded, never mind reds. Or continual fouls that don't get punished until 80mins. Or Cortez getting clattered by Aberdeen 'late' 50/50 header that isn't a penalty. Or 6ft 5 defenders falling over and holding the ball breaking attacks that are given as fouls against us. I don't think it is corruption, but I do think Refs are terrified of the filth press and their rabid hordes on social media and subconsciously go easy on them.
  5. The filth had two penalties tonight to keep them in the title race. Not a word spoken about it by either manager in the BBC comments. Imagine that was us. If you think there isn't something going on you are blind.
  6. Not really, I don't think it was excessive. Both players were running to get to a free ball. The Sheep player got up and continued on once the card was given.
  7. At full speed I thought it was a red for a high boot, on replay I thought it was a yellow and no cause for a red. Red cards are for serious foul play or violent conduct SERIOUS FOUL PLAY A tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play. Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play. VIOLENT CONDUCT Violent conduct is when a player uses or attempts to use excessive force or brutality against an opponent when not challenging for the ball, or against a team-mate, team official, match official, spectator or any other person, regardless of whether contact is made. In addition, a player who, when not challenging for the ball, deliberately strikes an opponent or any other person on the head or face with the hand or arm, is guilty of violent conduct unless the force used was negligible. It's not Violent Conduct as he was challenging for the ball, so he must have deemed it endangering the safety of the opponent as I don't think it was excessive force or brutality. Personally I don't think it was but the Ref has the right to make the call (although we can argue whether the same offence for other teams would have been given)
  8. Surely with two defenders marking one forward, one gets tight in front of him to stop them running away. If Goldson did what Miovski did (arm across the chest) he wasn't getting to that ball to chip it in.
  9. Huge result given our inability in the past to capitalise. Well done to PC and the team
  10. Fucked about after the goal thinking the game was done. Hope PC takes them to task half time and gets them back focused. Lawrence needs replaced, offered nothing.
  11. I no nothing about the boy but what is our midfield 3 going to be now? Does he take Cantwell's place? Lundstram Sterling Diomande
  12. If Sterling can dictate play then he would be an awesome CM. I like the player but everything he does its still a bit rushed, if he could build that into his game, find space and time he'd be excellent. Lundstram can do it, Davis could do it and Sterling could be that person to replace Lunny. Raskin, Jack, Dowell can all leave in the summer. Cantwell is 50/50 for me, on recent form he's a man down. I think he's struggling to deal with Clement's expectations and probably is a player that needs the belief of the manager to play well. Clement needs players to show their worth, so it doesn't seem to be working between them.
  13. I think we all get that - however two parallel lines should still be spaced equally in vanishing point although at a smaller scale if further away.
  14. Sterling and Lundstram look so comfortable and need to start most games at the moment
  15. Fucking Raskins passing is woeful. Puts us under pressure more than the opposition
