Have always believed a strong conviction to defense will open up the offense. Just have make sure the defensive mids stick to their responsibility. Biggest prob the the team has had was mids werent giving defense any protection whatsover. Left mids drift to right side with no cover. Torn between sandaza and jig upfront. Sandaza shows ability to work in space and attack a defender 1 on 1. Jig seems more as a target who needs service and would otherwise disappear.

lookin like a half boycott of this match ? Lots of tickets left. Havent heard of any links either.

Any update on the tickets ? Heard only about 20k. There wouldnt be any that think its part of the season tik ?

The US window has been closed for awhile. But teams are allowed to sign free agents. The only deadline they have to worry about is Sept. 15th for players to be elegible for MLS playoffs. The news about Boca going to Chicago came from a Toronto blog(unofficial). Toronto holds the next claim for returning players. Though I would imagine that Boca would prefer a US city if he did go back. Dont think its likely. I would imagine he wants a shot at his last WC opportunity before turning to coaching.

First off thanks for all your info and such. I was more wondering if it might cost Rangers more to play at Forres that the club could recoup from the gate receipts share. Forres mechanics might not use the full 400.

On the other hand, there isnt any Champions league money to rely on for now. Plus the tickets ARE cheaper than before. The only ways for extra revenue right now are Cup ties and selling players and the latter didnt work out as planned. From the way it looked , the investors were looking for a return by way of the first teamers transfer fees.

But I would imagine that the real costs would be much higher than that for Rangers. The £400 is what the SFA would cover.

Also, I wonder what the costs incurred are taking the team and all other club personel associated with an away match like that.

Seems too quiet with the tickets for Thursday. Nothing about tickets or signings. This is the last match(revenue raiser) before the transfer ban. Club needs the funds to make signings I would think.

IMO this match is more important than any Champions league tie at this point. Every spin of the turnstile gets the club on firmer ground.
