Spent yesterday and today on the hotline being told ,'All our staff are busy at the moment,please try again later' Phoned the main switchboard and asked to be put through to William McLeod ( a guy I dealt with on previous occasions who was very helpful) in the T.O, after a brief pause was told, 'No one with that name works here' Tried to purchase online and it asked for my Rangers number or email address,entered my email address as I couldn't remember my number and got a response saying, 'Sorry we don't recognise that email address' This despite them bombarding me with emails every day. Guess I'll have to chance my luck game by game.
