The difference is we as a team are playing much better recently than we have for a long time. its just coincidence with Morelos being out and their has been many time Morelos hasn’t played and we have been crap. if team keeps playing like this I don’t see how we can drop Defoe for Morelos because on current form Defoe shouldn’t be dropped. only change for sheep game for me would be Kent for candieas

Season would be the same if katic had played instead of worrall but I do think katic is better than worrall. for what it’s worth katic is also better than souttar

No chance we are replacing tav through choice gerrard loves him and he’s our captain,he might go but it will be for a hefty amount of money. if Morelos stays(which i don’t think he will) we need a striker to replace laff ans if goes obviously we would need 2. my earlier comment was just for first team but obviously we will add squad players and also get rid of some.

We do need 2 c.b but I’m just talking about first team players here to improve our chances of winning trophy, for me Rossiter isn’t going to be here next season he not good enough and I think Docherty will be gone as well but I assume he will give him another pre season to impress. candieas needs to be no more than squad player next season and used in certain games. what I do know is Allen/Gerrard need to get the summers signings bang on because we can’t afford to waste 2.5 mil etc on Grezda and Borna who just doesn’t seem up for it here.

IMO at the present moment with players with have if none leave(obviously some will) I feel we need replace left back 1 c.b right mid 2 centre mid if we get players these players of first team quality we will have a chance for league.

Not sure to be honest but just think we need upgrades in midfield. dont get me wrong they have both played well this season in a lot of the games and I wouldn’t get rid just feel we are lacking a bit in that department.

I completely agree,yes gerrard has made some mistakes we all know that but a lot of this seasons down fall has been from our lack of player quality in the attacking sense unfortunately and I’m convinced the management team will address this in the summer. whats been frustrating this year is we know this team can play well but they just aren’t consistent enough:

Those signings are being made to beef up the squad,they won’t be our ‘icing on the cake’ signings as the gaffer put it.
