The problem is exacerbated due to the number of contracts coming to an end. Most need to be let go as even a decent manager won't change their basic abilities and ethic and for others, their time has simply come to an end. Many fans confuse investment with donation as it will take a long time in Scottish football to get any return from genuine investment and we shouldn't go back down the path of trying to buy success with financial muscle. I think we'll see renegotiation of some contracts when they expire for one more season and we'll stagger team strengthening over the next two seasons, mostly with free transfers and a limited cash facility of around £6M. We'll need to get the Season Ticket renewals up and the turnstiles clicking again to do anything any faster and we'll obviously need to get a Manager in first to drive the rebuild that's needed. One thing we will need is patience.
