  1. We may not have been great tonight but you cannot fault the reaction to going behind. A bit of fight evident at long last.
  2. How nice will it be when we are back in a position to leather those Utd wanks again?
  3. Notice all the Polis right beside the UB Boys? Bloody ridiculous, it seems that any sort of cheering and chanting is not allowed now.
  4. Chic Murray was a comedic genius. Good to know that he was a Bluenose. I remember him as the Headie in Gregorys Girl, had goosebumps as he was the epitome of my own Headmaster at High School, the guy just oozed authority, the mass of kids in the corridors used to part like the Red Sea as he approached.
  5. Already said it before on a previous thread, worth saying again though, we had an unsung hero in Stuart Munro. The fact that he held his place in the team during Sooooneeesssess tenure speaks volumes for the man. To this day the memory of his goal at Tannadice is one of my favourite amongst countless games with The Gers
  6. I know it has been said before, but it still quite surreal to see us actually posing a threat from corners.
  7. Dick Advocaat and Hearts. Prompts a very fine memory of a game I attended at Tynecastle when the Teddies utterly thumped the hosts. The Bears assembled spent almost the entire second half singing The Advocaat song to the tune of Vindaloo. WE'RE GOING TO SCORE MORE GOALS THAN YOUOOOOOOOOOO.... ADVOCAAT, ADVOCAAT, ADVOCAAAT, ADVOCAAAT NAA NAA......
  8. I would like to think that we will satisfy ourselves with celebrating our own success rather than ramming all the ill chosen words and gloats of our enemies right back down their throats so hard they will shit them out through their arse. In the spirit of Fair Play and all that.
  9. Given the way that Hearts have skooshed things this season then I feel that we cannot be too upset at their fans having a wee gloat. It will make beating them next week and shutting them up all the more sweeter. Nicky Law hit the nail on the head, let them enjoy their moment in the sun, it will be brief.
  10. Fair enough, I just think that we need to get the momentum going for the run in, get the winning habit going to carry us through to whoever we have to beat from the Prem to get up.
  11. |Two of those games are against Hearts. I would suggest that beating them at least once is quite important.
  12. Most of the UB (if not all of them) would not have been born when The Moody Blue was taken from us. Nice to see that our younger Bears are being well educated in our history by their fathers and family.
  13. Shiels was poor today, but perhaps lack of match time is the reason. Obviously Vuckic seems to be the preferred option at the moment, however I can understand the argument for keeping him on the bench. Seems to be developing a nice habit of making a major impact coming off the bench.
  14. We have a week to get ready for what is now the most vital game of the season. We put one marker down against Hibs last week, important to send another message next week. If the players are not bursting their balls during training next week, and we do not get the Stadium sold out, then we do not deserve anything out of the season. Let us get the battle fever on Gers.
  15. Only way we get Vukic is if he is out of contract or one of our new investors are prepared to put up the cash
