I hope some of our nonchalant and weak minded players, sunning themselves in UAE with their dubious choice of friends are watching this nonsense today - that is how low their ilk are sinking our great club and if they are not up for stopping this then they should not come back.
Unfortunately I reckon the players you are referring to are far too detached from what is actually happening here (conveniently in a few cases) hopefully the introduction of all round stronger players this pre-season & the new management team get a grip of what is required.

Not entirely relevant to this thread but hey ho.
Wtf is going on with our PR, marketing & media depts ?
After securing the new manager & the parade at Ibrox there’s been hee haw as far as I can see/hear.
Surely opportunities to positively promote & advertise the club in media outlets, radio adverts & billboards etc should be being taken especially since it’s pre season !
I get that the strip shambles is probably holding a lot of this kind of stuff up.
-
All things considered this is the right move.
Rest up, re-focus, then get tore in to pre season with a mission.

I liked big Van Vossen.
So disappointed he didn’t click with us.
Proven Dutch internationalist but never got going.
-
Just over renewing ours & good to see the big corner blue gates & fencing being sanded down & repainted.

I’ve got a sneaky feeling he’ll end up in a coaching role at the girodome.
-
Not one for mentioning them or him but he has a defined role & purpose on the park which he carries out to a T & it gets results.

We can't even take a throw in and keep possession.
And we haven't been able to hit a decent corner in years.
Amount of possession lost from simple throw-ins is indefensible.
Drives me crackers.

A Nigel Spackman type of player for me.
No need for The Captain to be an all rounder ie ball player, hard man, fans favourite just someone who can translate what the coaches want done on the park onto the team.
A thinking mans player if you like.
We so badly need someone with intelligence, experience & a level of gamesmanship that will spur us on.

We'll need so many rockets we might as well give Elon Musk a call.
Is that in reference to the size of Murphys arse or how many individually need one ?

Why are some people obsessed with Adidas on here??
Not an obsession, just a preference.

I can't see McCoist getting another job in football. He left Rangers with his reputation in tatters but luckily for him he made plenty of cash so he's set up for life and doesn't need another job. When he eventually sells those penny shares he'll make a fortune.
He's doing very well for himself as per usual is Ally and you can't really blame him.
Just waiting patiently for his last big payday when he releases his autobiography.

His main sponsor was always Adidas.
Would've been too good to have had new Adidas kit & new manager announcement together last week.
As mentioned earlier, couldn't care less if he was sponsored by Tampax just win football games.
-
He’s a winger in the Durrant mould.

I fucking dread what it's goingto be like nest season, as we up the physicality with Gerrard. The now even more hating opposition will try to kick lumps out of us and not ayellow card will be shown, whilst we will be lucky to finish a game with 11 men.
I rember when Souness arrived and we upped our physicality, with better players mind you and we suffered at the hands of those incompetent bastards. We still win in the end though, but the levelof hatredhas ped a notch since then imo.
The physicality will be upped I’m sure.
Intelligent players who know where & when to be physical on the park will hopefully be brought in.
As opposed to this soft as shit lot we have suffered for far too long masquerading as Rangers players.

I said the other day, minimum I would expect is him to chat to players before they leave hotel today or maybe last night, tell them he’s watching now and they have three games left to prove they should be part of his plans next season.
Picturing Windass asking him for a selfie.

They are both in their twilight years, injury prone, ineffective on the pitch & disruptive off it.
Not for me.

In one season.
This board are inept and do not care must be a record for incompetence.
A shambolic shambolism.
-
Most likely on full pay extended leave until he's fit to return to the club, which should be never.
Wrong mindset altogether for us.
-
The club hopes to be in a position to operate something that resembles a top tier football club in the 2030's.
