  1. Like Mr Warburton said, one game at a time. The game at the weekend is exactly why we take one game at a time. You can't predict the future, injuries, weather conditions or the oppositions tactics. So to say the next two games will dictate the outcome of this league is absurd at the very least.

  2. but we dominated most of the game, against a game side who rode their luck big time!

That's something that people really don't get.

The game would've likely finished 2-1 at the very least but that unfortunate own goal happened.

  3. Just a quick question I wanted to ask you all,

Do you think the current squad we have the now is lacking in something (be it confidence or what not) or do you think it's the way the opposition play against us?

Personally, I think the latter. When you look at how the team player earlier in the season, they had more space to make runs. Looking back at the 6-2 victory over Hibs, on the run up to Waggys first goal There is only around 6 or 7 Hibs players behind the ball, the others are on the other side. When Waggy scores, there is only 5 Hibs players in the box with him. When you see the difference in space back then to now it's pretty massive. Compare that to when they beat us 2-1, you can see that there is 6 or 7 Hibs players in the box while Wallace is outside the box by a good 15 or so feet.

I think the team still is really good, but the way the other teams are playing is whats getting to them. However that shouldn't (and most weeks) isn't an issue. They have to keep their foot on the gas and ware the other team out. This Rangers squad is a second half team, which is where I think they really shine.

I recognize we do need new blood to invoke competitive places on the team. but currently I think the squad is capable but the way other teams play is what hinders us. and it's at this point people say, "well Warburton should come up with a plan b" realistically what plan b can we come up with? We'd only get a plan B if we got taller players, older players and at that we'd also need to find a way to invite the opposing teams into our halve to open up plays.

  4. With teams currently sitting back against us, playing tight and denying us space, it makes it difficult for him.

I think a lot of people misunderstand just how tight the opposing teams play against us.

comparing how teams play now to the start of the season, you can see a massive difference.

  5. Tbh Waghorn is the only bloody striker upfront who scores on a regular bases.

    Thought Holt was our striker????

Not dissing Waggy btw, love the guy and he's a great player.

He does need a little work on his finish but this can be said for a lot of the squad who just need a little extra.

It's almost as if their a young team that's having their first season together.

  6. A lot of us just need to remember that it's a young team we have, and it's their first competitive season. Of course their's going to be slip ups and draws/loses.

but in the grand scheme of things we're doing amazing. The good outweighs the bad.

There is always going to be rough and frustrating games for us the fans to endure, but we are still heading in a way that is going to get us promotion and 55.

It's the winter season, teams are parking the bus and the lads will be getting complacent due to lack of space competition. I can most certainly forgive them for that since they first two things are vastly outwith their control. and what good is it saying we need to change tactics when we don't have a team that will allow for that? When we have a bigger squad then we can talk plan A's or Plan B's. Right now though the squad will have to make do with what it's got and what it's got is a group of young, hungry players that know how to play football in an entertaining way that is better than what any other Scottish team produces. Which in my books is a great thing.

  7. The daft press even have Tav scoring hat tricks and not knowing he's been in a title race and won the league wit Bristol City! They're bloody clueless!

Fuck knows how you confused a Defender and a Striker, it really shows the lack of research they put into the players when it comes to keeping tabs on their goals and their history with previous clubs.

  8. Nice one, I'd have probably been secretly raging she didn't show it a bit more reverence and roll it rather than fold it.

I didn't even notice the folds, it was my mum who'd said when we got home to leave it out flat.

I was simply awestruck, I've never had a autograph before let alone what's shaping up to be my favorite rangers team and at that I got all of them, was actually so gobsmacked

    My sister wis raging too.
