Surely that's what Alex Rae would be instilling in the team then from a Scottish roots. Even then I've not the slightest idea of why you would need to "sell" the idea of winning good to a football team especially on the cusp of a domestic treble, first one for well over a decade.

Was listening to ssb and mark wilson said the same sometimes you get players who are just at the club a bit too long
We've been guilty of it in the past, players like Morelos, Kent, Kamara all probably should've been sold on a previous window or 2.
