In all reality if we had McGregor our matches wouldn't have been lovely stylish football where we still won most of the matches, but it would become like a game of header and run for us. I'm not sure we would be where we are right now. We are going where we need to go, and if I was offered this scenario at the start of the season when Hibs were 1-0 up against us in petrofac cup before we turned it round 6-2 I would have bit your hand off. I trust McParland and Magic Hat and Weir to recognise what is needed for our squad and any defensive deficiencies etc as I'm sure they are going to, and we learn from it every time we don't win I'm certain of that. We will still beat Hibs on 28th and will need to up our game for the next match before that.

If you read SN's whole statement most of it seems to me to have been wariness about signing up to CG...after all players being left in the dark by CG a bit only to receive an email from him quite late, a good Rangers man would have tied them down asap or spoke to them about fees Still doesn't excuse that SN said it's not the same club, the new club part of his statement was a bridge too far.

Holt & Halliday had trials and look how good they are for Rangers. I would be confident Vladislavs will be a great player and will be very excited if we sign him after his trial, or if we sign any players after trials now for that matter as being signed after the trial would prove they really are a good fit for our team.

There has never been a better time for Rangers to aim for this level. I fully believe as soon as we get promotion this season, we will win 55 within 2 Premiership attempts. There is no doubt in my mind that Magic Hat & Davie Weir are the 2 men who will lead us back to that level of greatness while making Rangers stronger than ever. I also believe it is impossible to quantify how many years it would take for them to take us on a European run but imo Mark Warburton is destined to take Rangers on a great European run while he makes our club great again. I won't hold my breath waiting for this but as every match at Rangers is thrilling and like our team I only focus on the next match. MW himself already stated at the start that his target is Champions League within 3 years maximum starting from the start of this season. I'm not an expert, but I play computer games on PS4 and I think the best option would be to get the £45 pair called the official Sony PS4 Wireless headset which the link to purchase is above which imo would be of a similar high quality, and if you wanted a separate bluetooth headset to take calls on from your mobile phone too i'm sure that you can pick one up for £15-20, and the bluetooth headset is more reasonable to use for taking calls while you are outside and also a viable option for when you are in the car to take calls in the car too instead of a big pair of headphones that block out every other noise. I don't see a need to buy the £180 pair just b/c they are the only ones which can also link to take calls from your cellphone, when you can place your cellphone on vibrate instead then put in your pocket and you will still notice incoming calls when you are playing with a wireless gaming headset on.

I'm sure SN would bang in hat tricks for fun in this Rangers team in the Scottish Premiership along with Waggy, plus McKay setting them up. But yes I agree his comments were maybe the nail in his Rangers career coffin. You only have to look at some of SN's goals for us such as the volley from inside the box against CFC to recognise his quality. I wouldn't forget that in the last transfer window Everton accepted a bid of 7 million pounds for him. I wouldn't want us to spend over 1 million on him or that would be very ridiculous considering he left us with no fee after we already paid 1mil approx. for him from Kilmarnock. IMO the only way it's possible is a bosman or it wouldn't be an efficient transfer like MW,JH,JT,RK,AH,DW etc

He said that quote with Whittaker, although I believe if he did a video interview (RangersTV/STV?) to right that wrong and say it is still the same Rangers (of course) that we all love etc. then I believe that could be forgotten. A front line of Barrie McKay, Martyn Waghorn, Steven Naismith would be mouth watering in my opinion, plus Naisy can swap with Waggy to play CF. SN is a player who has proven already that he can shred teams at European level for us if he came back, although he is currently 29. I would welcome him.
