I thought the same with alfie when he last signed a new deal. 2 years later he's still here. I honestly thought Kamara was away this summer after the season he had for us and his performance in the euros. Just need to wait and see what next summer brings. Important now we start getting other first team players entering their last year on a new deals.

That's outstanding news getting Kamara on a new deal. One of our best players and someone we can build the midfield around.

I wasn't aware of how many first team players go into their last year next summer. I was thinking we needed just long term replacements for some older players and replacements for anyone sold. If we need to sell Kamara, Kent, Morelos, Aribo & Helander if they won't sign extensions. That's half the first team away. That's not even taking into consideration that Goldson, Mcgregor and Davis could be away as well at end of deals. It looks like the board have gambled big on getting automatic Champions League.

Looking at one hell of a rebuild next summer. Poor from the board allowing so many to be going into the final year.

Ripped the pish out of the taigs for letting players go into last year and we're doing the same. Leaving us in really shit situation in the summer moving guys on. This league is absolutely crucial for us.

Getting Hagi back in is a boost. Honestly don't expect to see Jack until the 2nd half of the season if even then.

We need a bit of consistency at the back just now. Stick with Balogun and Goldson for the time being. A solid backline wins the title. However I expect rotation will continue. Worry with Simpson is Gerrard will get stubborn with him and be determined to show what he's seeing in him. I don't think he's suited for the game up here and agree that Edmundson or Katic would have been better options to have.

Agree our current setup has to change if we want to get more bodies forward especially from midfield. Again today we stared with 2 CDM. In this league at home there is very few teams that require 2 CDM to be played.

I'm sure he said after the arsenal friendly we were working on a system that could utilise both tav and Patterson. We absolutely need a change up right now. We're stale and teams have us figured out.

Gerrard been rotating CB's since he came in. He's not going to change that approach. Agree but haven't seen anything in Simpson to justify why he's getting game time. He doesn't look cut out for us at all.

Katic needed a consistent run of first team games after his injury. Gerrard was never going to give him that. He wasn't going to get in ahead of pre injury Helander, Goldson or Balogun. Unfortunately hindsight is a bitch on this one as no one could have expected Helander to be out for months. Stuck with Simpson until January, unless we've got someone in the youth team able to come in.

We're so stale right now and our play is too predicable. First 45 I hoped we were finally clicking into gear. Then it was back to what we've been seeing this season in the second. Crosses going nowhere, defence looking suspect and lacking creativity. The only hope for me is it's coming early rather than the usual post winter issues we've had. We've got time to fix it. We need a change. Try a different setup. We don't need 2 DM's against teams like this.

He's not good enough for us. I would love to know what the hell our management are seeing in him. We surely have someone better in the youth team that can step up.

First half played some of our best stuff. Second half shocking performance. We didn't bury our chances and got caught out. Honestly didn't look like scoring again after the equalizer. We're so far off it right now and something has to be done about it.

It's not going to happen but. Manager has been rotating CBS since he started. Season 1 it was Goldson, Katic and Worrall. Season 2 it was Goldson Katic and Helander. Season 3 it was Goldson Helander and Balogun. He's not going to change. Definitely agree on Davis should be on the bench today.

BT knew full well what they were doing going with these 2. They wanted controversy and would have jumped at the chance to report the first words said at Lennon and Sutton. If they are willing to stop broadcasting at Ibrox because we rightly told them no, then fuck them.
