Well I'm only 5 foot 6 so i was pretty bulky for my weight. Right now i don't look fat really and its not a concern but if i carried on like this for 2 years i could be a proper fat bastard. I'm gonna get my gym membership which includes swimming and will go every day, its not like one of those things that i say i want to do and don't carry it through i know i will do it because i know i want it and the more i go the more i will get a thirst for it. Been drinking far too much the past few months

I was about 10 stone 2 when i left oz in April then travelled asia in summertime and got home in june and got pished for ages and it piled on - its not that noticeable if i hold it in but if i carry on the way am going i will actually be a fat bastard and i was actually the last person you would have thought would have got fat as i was always small and thin. its lack of exercise that makes people fat - i eat and drink the same as i always did but because I'm not doing physical work its not getting burned off

I'm getting quite fat just now - i used to do physically demanding work since i was 19 so was always in good shape but haven't worked since april as was travelling and now at college so have put on quite a bit of weight and can't fit into my old jeans now Gonna join a gym this week though and it will be gone
