Early reports indicate that there could be torrential rain about 2/3 into the race, which may be key to the outcome.

Looks to be another interesting Grand Prix in Malaysia.

Race red flagged in lap 32. Undriveable due to the rain. More like a boat race than car race.

Cars forming up on the grid to see if conditions improve enough to continue.

Was hoping for a Williams on the podium today and Rosberg was looking good for one until the rain really got going. Two races in a row that Williams have failed to capitalise on a quick car - they are on a par with Red Bull and Toyota for pace (Rosberg made a mistake in S3 during Quali yesterday which cost him around three tenths). Sadly, we only have one driver capable of doing the car justice, Naka-san is just not good enough.

Bernie needs to give up and start collecting his pension. A Malaysian guy on an F1 forum I use warned that an evening race in April over there was asking for trouble, the early-evening storms in Kuala Lumpur are notorious.

The race was a complete anti-climax and what was shaping up as a great fight for second, third and fourth between Rosberg, Trulli and Barrichello was spoiled as well as some interesting battles further back.

I'm a bit pissed off. More poor pit-wall decisions from Williams and a really disappointing end to an otherwise interesting race weekend.

Webber's done brilliantly getting back from a completely broken leg in four months (tu)

(tu)

Great to see the "smaller" teams doing well this season. Adds a bit more of a competitive edge.
