ibrox52 0
Easily Thompson. When he was playing with Mendes and Davis we were brilliant in the midfield. Can't wait to see that again. Stevie doesn't play for us any longer! classic you never make any mistakes with spelling? nope, we leave that to the bead rattlers

mark_ni 12
thomson for me but i must say i have been very impressed with edu. It took thomson a good 6months to settle at the club so we probably havent seen the best of Edu either. I think a thomson edu davis partnership in the middle could be the future for our club. We just need to find some wingers
HarryLoen 0
I'd play them both in a 4-3-3 formation. Exactly what i would do they are both really good and it would not be fair just to choose one of them
EmmaRfcx 0
I like Edu, but I'd still say Thomson, by a mile.

Creampuff 22,628
I recon Edu could develop into a bit more of a box-to-box player and Thomson a more Hemdani-styled all out defence. our best shape would be Edu and Mendes in the centre, with Thomson behind them. BRICKY1872 118
We will never know until they both have a full season under their belt. Unfortunately I think that is impossible for both to achieve if both are fit so it's a moot point really.

Could not agree more Edu will be Mr Murrays get out of jail free card, good couple of games in CL and before you know it Man City will be at the door with LOADSAmoney. lancedeangers1 287
I think they are pretty close in terms of style and ability, so dont mind who gets the nod in games. Edu has a bit more pace and has a better engine and strength. Thomson has better positional play, more aggressive and better passer of the ball.
