AlCapone 7,678
I've always wondered this...but to raise funds for contracts and new players...why dont we have a fund where every rangers fan can put money in? for example every fan gives £5? theres loads of fans out there...could raise millions. We do, its called admission money
Polo 1,458
We do, its called admission moneyAye but they can do more or less whatever they want with admission money. If you had a dedicated fund which could only be used for transfers / contracts then that would be different.

If we raised two million whos to say Murray wouldnt buy a player for one million, say to everyone that we paid two million and syphon off the extra million..... Boumsong anyone! Many transfer of players this is already happening with. In theory if we had a dedicated fund then if it was used to buy players and it was a sucess and improved our fortunes then it would increase Murryas share price.....at our expense! Its like the poor paying to make the rich richer. Transfer funds should only come from the revenue generated by the club.

Not going to happen anyway and it's all just conjecture.
