It's a classic UEFA style botch and I would not be surprised if UEFA used this extremely expedient avenue to smooth over the cracks. Timmy won't be happy if they're kicked out over this. UEFA could also argue that Celtic should have been well aware of what happened to other Scottish/Glasgow clubs.
