4MenHadADream 122
Genuine quesion and as such it could be way off the mark, but just a thought.Given that Ticketus will now join the queue in a potential CVA (I think ) does their removal from TBK's deal suggest that the level of liability to HMRC will be such that they cannot individually hamper a deal for a CVA? Or is it simply a case that they couldn't not be dealt with so the deal was abandoned or a third option that they will simply pursue Whyte personally? gunslinger 270
yes it tells us just how precarious our predicament is. ticketus think its safer to take part in a cva than hope rangers last 10 years. the share issue will be hugely important to our survival. sergio 1,199
As it stands at the minute, Ticketus are the largest creditor along with HMRC. If they agree then it does not matter what the other creditors do as between them they own more than 75% of the total debt.Time will tell if it is a good or a bad thing, having control of our season tickets is the best news we could have hoped for.
