Cadman 354
Would using the word 'boycotting' not be deemed as an organised event against the other SPL clubs - in which case they might try to penalise the club for 'unsporting behaviour', as we've already seen they make up new rules as they go along. Instead of 'boycotts' would it not be better to express freedom of choice and just not go to away games - i'm sure every Rangers fan will have an important bill to pay or occasion to attend which requires 'redirecting' the monies usually spent on going to an away match. They then can't accuse the club and fans of 'cheating' other clubs out of gate money - all we'd be doing is reprioritising our available funds for family needs . That would be a nonstarter. It's not the club calling for boycotts it's the fans. In a free country we have that choice. Can't penalise the club cos its fans won't go to the game. WATPRFC1872. 221
“I think Rangers themselves and the majority of supporters accept that they’re going to have to get some form of punishment. That’s wholly accepted throughout the game. It has to happen.”So does the transfer embargo, the numerous fines, the points deduction, the "making up of rules as they go alone" by the SFA not equate to any form of punishment in his eyes? Really?Exactly, guys a tosser.
