JRodgA2k8 542 Posted August 18, 2012 Share Posted August 18, 2012 Hi everyone...current in Terminal 5 at Heathrow from my return from Vegas...great win today and great to hear about the turnout, gutted I wasn't there.Like a few of you I sent my renewal form back in July...still no payment taken but secondary ticketing was available online so i suspect it was activated.Was anyone in the same boat as me but attended the game today and their card worked fine without a payment being taken?Now im back I can deal with it so will call on Monday no doubt.Cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

HeHaw 513 Posted August 18, 2012 Share Posted August 18, 2012 I phoned up and renewed over the phone, didn't send any forms back etc and when I went down to the ticket office for last weeks game at Ibrox they told me my tickets were activated. When they still hadn't taken a payment up by Thursday I phoned up and they told me my DD from last year had been removed from the system so I had to set up a new one. Card worked fine for me today.
