I renewed on the 18th of June or something and went to Ibrox to hand it in so no chance of stuff being lost in the post or being screwed up online. I also got the emails about buying tickets for pre-season away games so I can't see why there'd be anything wrong, but still no confirmation letter so a bit of paranoia is always there.
