kris1984 1,441 Posted July 17, 2013 Share Posted July 17, 2013 Alright guys im trying to help my dad get his season ticket back by doing it online but when i progress to checkout i just get a blue and white flashing screen. Like a strobe. It then tells me am in the queue and i get a timer but when the timer runs out it starts this strobe flashing again, then just repeats this over and over.How do you get round it? JMac_88 310 Posted July 17, 2013 Share Posted July 17, 2013 We really need to sort out our awful ticketing efforts out, we see the same threads appearing from time to time.The site itself seems very hit and miss, i would be shocked if the club is not aware of these issues, which seems to happen from time to time.Maybe one of the RFC people on twitter can shed some light onto this situation for you, wish the club would come out and say:-"We are aware some people are having issues purchasing tickets from our provider, we are working with Iris ticketing ltd to provide a solution to the problems."
