They were undoubtedly the better team on the day.Unfortunately, our performance had nothing in common with the standards expected of Rangers. The fans once again supported us in their thousands and every single player and coaching staff owes them an apology. I take ultimate responsibility as manager of the club. To say I am disappointed with the players is an understatement. The boys that played today should take the next 48 hours to decide if they are capable of wearing the blue shirt. I too accept that my position is under threat because the fans deserve better. I ask the fans for the opportunity to show what we are capable of next weekend and remain determined to make the changes necessary to get our great football club back where we belong."
