scarkev 3,540
Nice story. Pity we are at each other's throats over here... That's the unfortunate reality of having so many groups and conflicting views and agendas.....however when you take a step back we are still more than that and stories like this prove it....we just need to remember what connects us all and get back to what we are best at instead of all these pointless campaigns. Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Hopefully a Mod will merge the two threads together, lovely story and nice to see someone in the press actually printing something positive rather than the negative stories they usually want to spin in other media outlets. I doubt there is any Rangers fan who supports the current board but unless someone makes a realistic financial offer the board will remain. The big concern is how this board will fund the club any sale and lease back is the end of the road look at Coventry City and Leeds. King is simply the latest in a long line of 'rich' Rangers fans who speak a lot but say little and have deep pockets but short arms. All that happens is the Rangers family gets more fragmented. Sad. Sad.You know Coventry had nothing to do with 'sale and leaseback'? Leeds overextended in an effort to compete in Europe (sound familiar). The board have stated again and again that there are no plans for 'sale and leaseback'. I support Rangers but we need to leave the scaremongering behind before we do anything else. Stop believing the media and the scare stories and just deal with the here and now.
