If it's amazon then they will send a new one out right away.If sony try to start their pish asking for a receipt state quite clearly they must be in warrenty since this generation is under a year old and this problem is well known.(cheaper plastic used)Two of mine got fucked aswell, bloody nightmare, it's always the left thumbstick aswell for some reason. Thing is, it has a few bumps on it. They better not refuse to fix it, all i'm wanting is the thumbstick changed. Don't give a fuck about a new one or not.
