I don't think he would be too dear. £2-3 million maybe. Is this guy worth a look?I've been impressed with him, watching Paraguay v USA in the Copa America and he has scored and played very well. It's just a little frustrating seeing players names we're familiar with and finding out that Rangers have no link to them whatsoever and they are simply players people like.
