We played a more orthodox 4-4-2 but it was very fluid in terms of how the personnel played. As said earlier, Adam tended to drift inside a lot more (that''s his natural and best position) which left their right flank with lots of free space. Would appear that Charlie prefers the inside to being played out wide, if so then you'd have to say that he'd hardly ever get a game for us in other circumstances as IMO there are others who are ahead of him and I feel A.N.Other could be bought in the window (Other's a great player btw!) Left side needs addressed possibly too, know we have Beasley and McCulloch but would like to see a natural wide player out there, when was the last time we had someone on the left that we all thought jeez he's a great player and made you get out your seat?
