As an aside...is glorifying terrorism not illegal these days?

There is such a law. Whether it covers those songs, I do not know.

Perhaps we can do some research and point this out to plod on Saturday.

Its such a vague term though so timmy will probably have a way of talking themselves out of trouble (well not the fans themselves, but theres lawyers out there who could).

It wouldn't be a surprise.

Like Kev said before, if they were singing about Al-Qaeda would the punishment remain the same?

aye of course they are allowed to sing them, its just a bit of craic singing a few folk songs. Pisses me off, i have a lot of memories of ira bombings in northern ireland so people singing in support of that organisation makes my blood boil. As per usual no one in the spl/sfa/scottish media will do anything about it. Theres no point even complaining because they wont even be decent enough to reply to you.
