I mean, as opposed to using a regular internet provider. Pros? Cons? Peeps were getting caught and charged for driving around sitting outside peoples houses a while back i read , but its a grey area never heard of anyone going to court over it. Peeps were getting caught and charged for driving around sitting outside peoples houses a while back i read , but its a grey area never heard of anyone going to court over it. Just dont ripp the ass out of the connection or youll find it has a password on it pretty quick. It's now illegal with a heavy fine and being banned from having internet, the wee guy downstairs from me was downloading 20G a month off mine. Was playing BF2 and then my ping went through the roof, happened every night about 10. So i checked to see who was connected and it came up with his PC name(which was his name).
