Did Boyd get credited with the goal v Hearts?

How many goals has Boyd scored for Rangers?

Not sure.

He's scored 15 in the SPL so far this season. (tu)

Cheers, I meant in his entire Rangers career tho..

Sorry, Just checked wikipedia so don't know if it's accurate. It says 66, so 69 assuming they haven't added on the 3 today.

Eh? has he not scored over 100 for Rangers? im sure about 4 months ago there was a thing on his 100/101st goals for Rangers and theres been tons since then.

I'm probably wrong. As I said, wikipedia isn't always the best for facts.

He's scored 86 goals for us.

i think someone has a speadsheet kicking about, dunno how up to date it is though

boyd left footed shot that hit the crossbar today was a cracker! That said, his first goal was a great finish

The stats in Boyds favour are brilliant. Especially considering alot of the time he's only been given 10-15 mins a game.

The fact he's so two footed is another huge thing in his favour. He gets so much power with both feet.

Larsson got 158 SPL goals while Boyd is on 127 (I think)

It won't be long until he's the new record goalscorer in the SPL

he will still not get the credit or respect from some people on here

the fact that a lot of his goals were when he played with a small team ( Killie) makes it a fantastic achievement

I hope he is here for years to come

Very few players at any level are as two footed as Boyd when it comes to finishing. For me that is his biggest asset, not too bad at heading either.

should hit his 100th goal for us this season then if he keeps up his current form. I remember slagging him a bit at the start of the season. I am a big boyd fan and wanted him starting every game but he had started 3 or 4 games at the start of the season and he had only scored a penalty so i thought he should have been dropped as he did sod all else in those games. He then hit top form and has been banging them in ever since, big slice of humble pie for me..

Unlike Larrson.

Boyd hasn't started every game and not played in every game so he's doing not too badly

just now.

I guess appearances can be equalled out when Larrson broke his leg and was out for some months.

Mon the Boydy :)
