Ozblue 4,331
I'm not sure everybody has thoroughly grasped what this thread is about. It was meant to be what was the best Rangers team in their opinion they have seen and not a mixture of players. Och! you have to draw fuckin pictures for these young uns these days.
Ozblue 4,331
I think the 1962-63 side might just edge it over the 1992-93 side, but ask me tomorrow and I might have reversed that comment.I'm just thankful I was privelaged to see so many great teams built from 1953 onwards right up to todays current team which has exceeded all expectations IMO. clashcitystalker 27
The 92/93 team. My first year as a season ticket holder (thought every year was going to be like this )Never knew when they were beaten and pulled off some astonishing results when the chips were down44 game unbeaten run, treble and a goal away from the Champions League FinalHave to agree with this. I was young at the time and they have defined what Rangers should be for me.

WeirFleckNRothen 1,789
I've heard that the squad from the early nineties was outstanding, but I was too young to have seen that.Players like van Bronkhorst, de Boer, Albertz, Mols, big Amo and so on were part of some superb sides, but the squad of the 2007/08 seasons is a stand-out for me. They weren't the 'Best Ever', but they were a hard working, organised unit who, even if their football wasn't the most beautiful to watch, achieved an enormous amount and made some staggering strides across a number of competitions.
