gmcf 34,174
Bit of UPI for you - we won every domestic trophy with the middle one. Starting in 1992 it made its debut in Scottish Cup final win v Airdrie . Next season we won the treble.1993-4 we won the league cup and league but changed the top for cup final v dundee utd ( we lost ) We also had a very good , unbeaten run in the inaugural champions league. So in terms of success it's up there as one of the best.

I remember bunking school to buy it the day it came out and felt fuckin champion strolling in with it proudly on. Those were the days, before this uniform shite they impose now. Was well worth the detention being caught bunking cost me!

IanFerguson2013 396
But when did replica tops start? And can you buy real tops, i.e.: not replica but the ones made for the first team to wear? And yes the middle one is a belter. So many top notch players wore that shirt.answering my own question seems to be early 1990's they started

SeparateEntityMyArse 53,722
The red and white diagonal monaco-like top was my alltime favourite.Felt and played like a continental hatchet man rather than a wee scottish one when i wore that top. Dutchy 1,200
I was wearing the middle one on Saturday at the Airdrie game. It's good for cold weather as you can open up your shirt just a bit and the badge is central and easily seen. Not just a pretty face you know!
