type in your details and click continue.  It SHOULD take you to a payment confirmation page.  But instead it seems to redirect to your paypal home page.  

If it does, just click the "back" button on your browser, type in the amount again, and click continue again.

Just keep doing that till you get the payment confirmation page, which looks something like this...

Once you see that page, the rest will be fine.
