I'll try and elaborate for you: Its not my poster, and as one of the resident shit stirrers on here has suggested (you know who you are), its lifted from another site - in fact its on a few sites. I suspect the author of the 'poster' is simply trying to vent frustrations and generate some positive action from our support, which is normally quite sedate ! There are obvious significant differences of opinion on this issue; very symptomatic of a situation where lack of information leads to speculation and negative behavior. For my part I'd suggest the key points of the issue are: 1. Murray caused the problem (yes, unpalatable as it may be to the Murray lickspittle's on here, all roads lead to him) 2. He isn't there anymore 3. He wants maximum cash back for his shares 4. The bank also want their debt serviced, and because RFC has a regular cash flow, they wont accept anything less than full recovery 5. Muir has been installed to reduce overheads and manage the overheads on a day to day basis. Nothing happens unless he authorises it. 6. Muir will probably be on a retainer or some form of incentivised contract, which will be a slice of the debt recovered. 7. It would appear that the bank wont accept a reduced sum for the debt, probably because RFC has a regular and reasonably healthy cash flow. 8. Neither the bank, Muir or indeed Murray cares about the club 9. Smith has broken ranks because he's stuck in the middle of it all and may be trying to force the issue. Of course like every opinion on here, mines is also speculation & conjecture, however in the absence of definitive information from RFC or the bank, thats all we have to go on. So as a fan base what can we do? 1. Do nothing and put our trust in the banks & Muir? Certainly not for this Bear! 2. Moan about it on Gers websites, argue with each other, but basically again do nothing ! 3. Protest? Probably, but there are issues with the coordination and how it will be structured. Rumour has it, that Muir is on a huge bonus to broker a deal between the bank and any prospective buyer - hence he is playing hard-ball to get his cut - if correct of course ! Obviously the 40-60p in the pound offer is the stumbling block, because of the bank trying to get its pound of flesh, with Muir sitting in the middle as the troubleshooter - the more he gets for the bank, the more he will get as a cut. Basic incentivisation by the bank. It has the ring of truth for me, because it looks like Smith is trying to use the fans as a medium to force the issue. This is gutsy play by the bank & Muir, and would explain the secrecy around the issue, hence Smith has broken ranks. Smith knows that if he can mobilise the fans, then it may just be enough to sicken the bank and Muir. If all this is correct, perhaps its time to to man the barricades and take the fight to Muir and the bank....?

Celtic fans use the phrase Castle Greyskull as a derogatory reference to the home of their big rivals. BBC Radio Scotland has said sorry to Rangers fans after they were referred to on-air as "half-human, half-animal hybrids". The insult came as Newsdrive presenters Abeer Macintyre and Ruth Davidson read out listeners' emails about the embryo research row. One said: "Half-human, half-animal hybrids aren't new.
