Firstly Start up your Ps, secondly sign in, once signed in, go to account management, then transaction management, services list then click on "PlaystationNetworkpromotions", playstion3freegames then you should see a statistic of how many games you have remaining mine says 0 but yours should say 1, you should be able to redirect yourself to the playstation store welcome pack from here, that should be problem solved!

I had 3 accounts which enabled me to be able to download all games in the Welcome Pack

just tuned in 15 mins ago I initially thought there would have been a tougher challenge awaiting for murray in gasquet but murray seems to have broke his threshold real good, at the moment anyways 2 sets to love and 4-2 up in games, 1h 55 mins of gameplay.. balls in murray's court.
