There isn't a Scotland 15's yet, the trials are usually around March when around 40 players get selected and spend a few days at Largs where it gets cut to around 22-25. Then they play a couple of games in Jersey and in recent years a double header against Belgium. I was told by one of the Celtic scouts that Alan Forrest was released and is now at Ayr United. Maybe a coincidence but there is an Alan Forrest listed in Ayr United's 15's.

Dylan looks an excellent prospect, he is an under 15 player but generally has played a year up. Up until this season he has played full-back, now pushed into midfield where is a real goal threat going forward, a good bet for next years Victory Shield squad in my opinion.

I've been in Turkey so my reply is a wee bit late, considering that he has been playing centre back for the last year I would have thought McMillan would have been ahead of him, but Jordan has been out injured for a while recently. I would have thought Perry may have come in and Whittaker remained at full-back. But Darren Cole is a good player, when he first broke into the youth team he looked like a young Alan Hutton. His form then took a wee dip and he moved to centre-back and has been a regular there for almost a year. Kane Hemmings has been injured since around March when he got a knee op, he came back at the start of the season scoring three goals in two youth games. He then had to get another op and is not due back until January. His priority is to get back to playing and would be unlikely to feature in the first team this season. The McGeough situation is pretty simple..... we fecked it up!! The contract thing should have been looked at this time last season instead of letting it run down, its been mentioned that the heirarchy are blaming Sinclair for not highlighting his potential. But if I can see he was the best prospect in the youths then the coaches from Smith through McCoist, McDowall, Durrant down to Sinclair and below should know, its their job to know these things. Hopefully its a lesson learnt, and a chance for someone else.
