It's a fucking travesty. Couldn't have predicted that horrow show today, but it was obvious he wasn't good enough long before the window closed. We're in a massively precarious situation now with noone to come in and fix it.

We couldn't score today, and that was obviously a massive concern, but McLaughlin in goals was still the headline of the day for me. He's absolutely done. Should be 3rd choice now, moving to 4th when we can recruit. The arse completely fell out of him and it was a total capitulation. Utter horror show of a performance. The thing that gets me is, we should have known. We've seen enough. He's below average and we should have recruited. We're now stuck with nobody and no options to save the day.

We just can't even land a glove. It's fucking outrageous. Septik have played very well today, but there's no way we couldn't have scored with a little bit of quality. Teams in Europe will be the real test. If they get shagged again, it'll be an even bigger indictment of how we've played today.

Especially considering the treatment Lowry got in the B team. Could easily argue that tackle was impossible to predict until it happened, but you can never put it past some bitter old nobody trying to make a name for themselves by wiping out our top young talent. Felt all too predictable when I heard about the injury.
