Tv money is pooled and paid out on League position at the end of the season they will have banked the money from the first game but then have to cover the policing etc. they will have this extra cost and any others incurred by holding a game midweek etc. so yes it will hurt their pockets I never knew that, never heard it on the radio before Seville. I think Sky pay the full fee once and don't pay to show the replay. I'm sure it was used as an argument against the decision to charge fans extra for the replay in an article I read.
