The Chairman and Vice-Chairman have both resigned from their positions at the RST. It could have been handled with a simple statement outlining their reasons i.e. "Myself and Scott feel we've achieved our aims at building the trust into what it has become, and think it would be in the interest of everyone to allow new fresh ideas to come in and take us forward bla bla bla" or some other positive spin. We can assume a message like this wasn't circulated because Malcolm and Scott took the decision NOT to release a statement. The RST's hands are tied because they cant release a statement in case its completely contradicted and now after all the discussion no one would believe them. Whatever reason they resigned, they've personally left a gaping vacuum that was ALWAYS going to be immediately flooded with negative rumours and gossip. What did they reasonably expect? Even a dummy like myself can see one fact in the whole mess, Malcolm McNiven and Scott McMillan value their own ego/crusade higher than the Rangers Supporters Trust. id be very surprised if this was true, was watching Rangers V Maccabi the other night and Smith was dominating his left back position and flying up and down the wings ala Hutton. Rangers: Alexander, Whittaker, Cuellar, Weir, Papac, Beasley, Thomson, Ferguson, McCulloch, Boyd, Darcheville Im happy with that team, Cousin and Jcd cant play together much prefer either supplying Boyd in the center with either supporting. Noticed when they played against Aberdeen Thomson and Aitken struggled when Aberdeen launched balls into the box. McCulloch and Thomson will be needed to dominate midfield, QoTS played the counter attack well against Aberdeen Hearing from Darryl Broadfoot that Cousin has been informed he has no future at Rangers and that he'll be gone in the Summer.

Posted missing for two seasons, tired of watching him pass away the ball and responsibility to other players. Nowhere near Rangers captain material. Keep hearing the argument thats he's been playing out of position?? What position does he play? He's a terrible holding midfielder, usually out of position, cant/wont make a tackle, a terrible attacking midfielder, cant beat a man, doesnt link play between defence and attack, finishing is overall terrible, barracks others who atleast are giving a 100% then starts rubbing his ankle to excuse away all of the above. We've been playing with 10 men for 95% of the season. Not only does contribute next to nothing he stops others playing by running 20 yards to take the ball off their feet. Im sick of watching it He doesn't care, he knows he wont be dropped and STILL picks up the highest salary at the club. I hope.. I fucking pray he is nowhere near the squad during the post season friendlies, we need to build a midfield that will turn up for EVERY game.
