Happy with that its been a far better first half . Both Temps and Aird are playing well. We should have been playing with two up front all season (as many have suggested). This one up front with players been played out of position must end. Much better Ally. Cmon Rangers get fired into them second half.

Again good play by Aird. I like how direct he is.

The number of free kicks\set pieces we waste is shocking and has to be sorted. Oops scrub that one.

We need to get someone in who can also take decent set pieces. They have been shocking this season and come to think of it the last couple of seasons.

Also throw in a RM. That offside was a bit close.

I think we need to keep temps through the middle.

The line up looks like an improvement (as long as its a 4-4-2) over the last couple of weeks. Glad to see McCulloch has been shifted up front and that Argyriou and Aird are playing. Hopefully a positive result will follow.

Definitely 55 league titles. Not once prior to us been thrown out of the SPL did I ever hear it referred to as SPL titles or top league titles it was simply referred to as 54 league titles. We can only win the league that we are playing in and through little fault of our own and extreme bitterness and hatred by others, we find ourselves in the third division of the SFL. Additionally to discredit the clubs efforts after what we have been through in the last 12+ months is wrong. At points last season I feared I would never see the team that I loved play another game, never mind win another title. So I will be celebrating this title just as much as every other title we won in the past.

Sorry but I strongly disliked Black (as a player and on a personal level) prior to him becoming a rangers player and I would generally struggle to find anything positive to say about him since he joined. For me he seems to have a negative influence on the way the team plays (apart from the odd occasion). I would far prefer Lewis MacLeod to be in the centre of midfield (if he was fit) as I feel he is far more attack minded. On a totally different point, I cant believe Burke's last run in the Scotland squad was in 2006 (7 years ago). Where have the years gone!

I am a big Boyd fan and I feel Miller and Boyd have been our best striking partnership since Mccoist and Hateley. Looking at our current strike force or lack of it and our current league predicament we can only dream of having forwards of that quality in the near future. If we have any chance of getting these guys back in on reasonable contracts, then it must be done. Boyd cant be on much at Kilmarnock (probably a fraction of Sandaza's or Black's wages) so it would be worth sounding him out on a possible move in the summer, of course depending on his performances at Kilmarnock. I know some people will say that taking ex players back is like taking a massive step backwards but I cant understand how that could be the case. We are a shadow of the side we were several seasons ago. We are playing the worst football I have ever seen in over 30 years of supporting rangers and as I have said we can only dream of having the calibre of player we have had in the past. Can you imagine having Boyd and Miller playing in a 4-4-2 with two natural wingers, especially in the lower divisions. None of the youngsters we have in the current squad are showing any real potential as out and out goal scorers and the number of clear cut chances we are missing is bordering on criminal.

I wish I had seen this thread before I watched the match. The only saving grace was that I fell asleep in the second half and had to rewind it back to see who had scored for us. The type of football we have been playing for the last couple of seasons has been dire apart from the odd short spell. I had thought that one of the main benefits of us dropping down to the third division was that we would see flowing attacking football similar to what we had played in the 90's (how wrong could I be). On a brighter note I am just glad after the last 12 months that I can still watch Rangers play at the weekend and that we are on brink of promotion. It was also good to see McCann sticking up for us (for a change) at the beginning of the broadcast. Additionally the football is bound to improve at some point (although maybe not under Ally).

Drat my youngest sons got an under twelves match on tomorrow at 12:30 pm. I could Sky + it and hope that no one blurts out the score. On a brighter note it looks like we are live for the next 4 weeks. I Just hope Ally gets his tactics sorted so we get to watch some decent football for a change. It would be worth giving Aird a run in the team, he did well for us earlier in the season and much more direct than some of our players.

Not to bad although I'd have Mckay on the left as well as having Aird in the team. Mckay's hasn't been as effective out on the right whilst I have been impressed with how direct Aird is. I wouldn't mind his brother Michael (to be in charge). I know it will never happen especially since he just signed a contract extension with Swansea, but that's the kind of attacking football we should be aiming for. Over the last couple of years the style of football has been shocking apart from the odd occasion.
