    Tactics where nearly spot on for a change last week. We need to keep the same formation (3-5-2) and I would move Vucic back into midfield (he's a lot more influential there). I would tempted to start with Mckay, so we could hit quickly on the counters. Jig should be no where near the team.

    If its a 3-5-2 we'll win it easily. However if its a 4-4-2 then we'll have problems. You also have to factor in the Jig element. So it's simple play a 3-5-2 without JIg and we'll win. I am taking the missus to the game tomorrow so sitting in section SE4. I just hope the flight is on time.

    One thing is vital if we are going to take anything away from today's game. Jig must not play in defense. I am hoping (like in previous games) that McCall goes for a 3-5-2, but I am not going to be overly optimistic about that.I have got to be honest and say that i haven't been overly impressed by some of McCall's tactics and substitutions since he has come in.

    All the best Jimmy. I was watching one of his old shows (Saint and Greavsy) from 1988/1989 and we bloody drew with Utd 2-2.

    With potentially a dozen players (most on a decent wage) leaving within a couple of weeks, we could easily match (if not improve) on the 10k a week he is currently earning at Newcastle. Although it would depend on which league we are playing in next season.

    Whats he currently on at the moment? I'd rather be paying Vukic 17k a week than Jig.
