  1. Regardless of the fee paid (it's not his fault). It's the dream move for the lad so good luck to him, welcome to the club Kyle.
  2. Not happy, but he's here so aslong as he's on the pitch he's got my backing.
  3. Evening News headline boards running with "Rangers make paltry bid for Berra". It's Riordan/McDonald/Naismith/etc situation all over again. Insulting bid to test the water then watch as the target moves elsewhere whilst we're still raising our offer by a £100,000. Starting to become a bit of a joke.
  4. Gutted if this one turns out to be true. The few chances I've seen him he's done pretty well and didn't look out of place against United when he came on. We're not short on first team/back up midfielders but Furman should have been able to start getting the odd game next season (looks as though if we're replacing midfielders later in the game it's going to be Dailly coming on next year).
  5. So they want to punt Robinson for £4 million, but they reckon McGregor's worth only a million more? Despite being twice as consistant? Reckon we should learn from the Hutton mistake and keep McShagger on for another year, another good year from him and we should be able to pick up a better fee if it's decided we have to sell him. Of course when the bid's accepted it'll be down to the player anyway.
  6. Shame that he's never really been able to get a chance due to injury, but unfortunatley I think it's going to have to be time to send him back.
  7. And that right there is the reason they will never be better than us.
  8. I'm not one of the negative lot, but they don't need to GTF and neither does anyone else. We're all in this together and we'll all get through it together, differing opinions or not. If we all towed the line it would be a bit boring. We are the people! Not some of us are the people and the rest should bugger off!
  9. I'm as heartbroken as the next bear and I could list a thousand reasons why it went wrong. But I'm damned proud of everything we've achieved over the last 16 months. The fact is over the course of a 69 game season we weren't upto it, so we can either sit and cry at our half empty glasses or take the positives (surely everyone must be able to see something good from this season), pick ourselves up and build on them for next year. Let's not turn on each other, let's not attack our club. We're all in this together and we're all hurting right now. At the end of the day, we'll say we are the people, we're all Rangers till we die, we'll never surrender, we'll follow on and we'll welcome the chase. But these are all just words, it's you and me and everyone else here who is proud to support our club that give them meaning and now those words need us more than ever, our club needs us more than ever. So be hurt, be angry, be broken and annoyed. But never be ashamed. Because that's when we'll lose something bigger than the league. This year was about rebuilding and a month ago we were mostly on top of the world about the progress we've made. That progress hasn't suddenly vanished because of where we ended up. There were positives, so give the team your full support on Saturday and then we'll continue rebuilding towards next year. Apologies for the rambling but it's late, I'm drunk and a tad emotional. Besides, it could always be worse. We could be Celtc fans!
  10. The Golf on the links tends to be more inclined to us, not entirely sure which game they'll be showing tonight though.
  11. Bricking it, 90 minutes is effectively going to judge our entire season. But I'm starting to feel the buzz, 5 more hours of work then the party begins. Believe we can do it, so let's get it done.
  12. Absolutley gutted for both lads, hopefully they'll get back to find some sort of form when they've recovered, get well soon boys!
  13. We don't need a miracle, just a little bit of belief and a little bit of luck. Put it this way, if we hadn't won tonight, they'd be champions. They're not, so I'm happy.
  14. Well...we'll know in 72 hours. Nicely done today, job done. Now we're going to have to shag some sheep and hope for the arabs to stop the unwashed.
  15. Looking very good so far, another quick goal in the second half will do nicely. Sure you can ask why we haven't done this all season, but damnit we're doing it now and now we really need it.
  16. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL 2-0 FIVE MORE TO GO! BELIEVE!
