  1. :bouncy: :bouncy: Feeling something very special is about to happen, I've been buzzing all day, time to believe people!
  2. We get handed the title, because we're not them and are therefore always going to be champions.
  3. St Mirren 1 - Rangers 10 Boyd (4), Darche(2), Novo (1), Ferguson (1), Broadfoot (1).
  4. He had the chance to come back here two years ago and he chose them. Why does he want to come back now? Don't want him anywhere near Ibrox, we've already got better quality that can't get near the team-sheet as it is and that's before I get onto what I think of him for kissing that badge.
  5. If we'd given up in 2003 we'd have never beaten Dunfermline 6-1 for the title. If we'd given up in 2005 we'd have never had Helicopter Sunday. If we'd given up in Athens, Bremen, Lisbon or Florence we'd never have had Manchester. If we'd given up at Hampden we wouldn't have the CIS Cup in the bag...or the Scottish Cup final to look forward to. I've seen this club do amazing things, a massive goal swing in our direction or a result from United, doesn't make a difference to me. I believe.
  6. Ideally we need 10 goals in our last two games, considering that we can't find more than one these days it's unlikely. Or a Celtic loss. It's not over but it's not in our hands now. We should have wrapped it up weeks ago, but we didn't. We weren't helped by poor officiating or the fixture backlog, but neither were we helped by the goals conceded to Gretna, the losses to United, Hearts and Hibs earlier in the year or the ultra defenive tactics against the likes of St Mirren and Gretna at Ibrox. Despite the goals we need, under no circumstance do I want to see Cousin in a Rangers shirt ever again.
  7. Boyd on for Novo, can someone please tell me why Cousin is still on the pitch?
  8. 10 minutes or it's over. STICK THE BALL IN THE NET! Now or never boys!
  9. Half time, pretty decent half to be honest, started at a pretty fast pace, looked like we were starting to tire out near the end but we've got the goal, take a bit of a break and get stuck back into them looking for another one.
  10. The choice was either a pub with a few mates up here getting an ear full of h** this and h** that. Or going down and taking in the game surrounded by 100,000 bears. In the fortnight leading up to the game it was a case of celebrating the amount of people that were going to down to be a part one of the biggest days in the clubs history and ultimatley I had one of the best days of my life, with memories that I'll pass on to any future generations the same way my Grandfather did to me about 72. The fact that now even fellow bears are questioning other fans reasons for being there is pretty off. Don't want to make that sound like a personal dig at you, I just can't see why you wouldn't know the answer.
  11. Yates's just on the corner of Chorlton Street, place was packed and bouncing all night.
  12. As the night wore on, it didn't really get much better, around half 12 the riot police had cordened off Chorlton street, needless to say a couple of idiots started throwing bottles and the police charged the bus station eventually ending up inside. Nothing in particularly set this off (unless I missed it). But the police were out to stop anyone who was "out of line" by any means neccesary ridiculously heavy handed, if you ended up behind their lines when they were charging you were up against a wall with a baton in your face. Whole thing nearly caused a stampede with the station packed with both sets of fans quite a few of them with kids. Problem was because the streets were locked down there were a lot of bears who ended up missing their buses back out, they were told that they wouldn't be able to book anything out until Friday morning. I missed most of the riots, but the Chorlton Street incident was definitley because of police aggression more than anything else.
  13. National Express just emailed me tickets they wouldn't let me book a week ago, so now I'm apparently leaving at 11 am tomorrow! 24 hours ago I wasn't going at all. Very happy bear here!
  14. Depending on what state I'm in, expect blurry shots of feet. But I'll be taking my camera.
  15. Surely they're supporting us! It's the only chance they'll have of celebrating silverwear this season.
  16. Whistle blown 3-1. Gap's down to 1 point and now the build up (read, Party) for Wednesday begins.
