  1. The figures that produced the 2.1m included pre and post admin wages for players. Admin have stated that the reduction in player wages is enough to see cover the £1m shortfall each month to the end of the season.
  2. What he is saying is, he got the money from Ticketus, he used it for Rangers (Lloyds, running costs or whatever), he guaranteed that money, if Rangers can't pay Ticketus then he will have to, in which case Rangers have used monies that he is going to pay. This is however dependent on how Rangers and Ticketus sort things out between themselves. If D&P breach that contract then I'm sure the liability will lie with CW.
  3. Big question. If we fail to win the HMRC cases would HMRC agree to a CVA with that little in the pot? Or would the consortium/Ticketus stump up more money for the CVA in lieu of share issue monies?
  4. A £10m bid for a potential debt of £117m (thats minus Ticketus £17m), will be a rough road for years to come.
  5. These parties would have known roughly what the ballpark figure is.
  6. Where has he said he wants £30m from new buyer? He'll be lucky if he gets anything, admin need the money to goto the CVA pot.
  7. I agree on this thread, but I disagree on the other one.
  8. Creditor status is just all the sums we owe, not when we owe it or in what format. So it is a bit misleading.
  9. So if we all agree you'll promise to calm down?
  10. I'm agreeing to disagree with the OP. As disagreements and agreements make up the substance of forums.
  11. Scotland Today were quick to report on the monies we owed other football clubs, didn't mention we were 'owed' more money by football clubs than what we owe.
  12. Every business owes alot of people. At the time of being calculated that was the state of affairs, some will have been paid off by now. Take Celtic for example, we are down for owing them £40k, but in actual fact they still owe us money from the last OF game.
  13. Of the '£134m debt' I reckon CW is responsible for around £34m of that. Now given that we 'may' actually win both tax cases you could delete in best case scenario £84m from the remaining £100m leaving us £16m that SDM is responsible. Worst case scenario it's £100m SDM is responsible for. Regardless a CVA of upto 35p in the pound would mean the club could be bought through for £45m+ and exit admin at the most. Not such a bad deal really and this is at the higher end of the CVA pricing.
  14. Nothing to spill, just had an extremely high paying job when I was younger and single, when family life came along that had to be cast aside. I wouldn't change what I have now though to go back to it, money isn't everything, unless the liquidators are hammering yer door
  15. Bet you 20 years ago I was earning 8 times what he is now
  16. The stuff dreams are made of
  17. Twenty years ago my monthly wage was more than I earn now and it went alot further.
  18. The Record have been touting TBK's since day one. No-one can know favourites yet as noone knows how the bids are constructed. Could be right, other name was Bill Miller, although he was associated with the Club 9 consortium, which we all know weren't going to bid, unless they lied.
  19. Unless there is another AEG
  20. Rumour from where? I doubt AEG would need Ellis
  21. Linked to a sporting retailer. Adidas?
