  1. Thanks As for the religion bit, this is my personal view and if people wish to share this omitting that then they are free to do so. If it's deemed unsuitable for RM too I have no objection to it being removed from the OP. I think Regan is working to an agenda, I also think he's a bigot. I won't be swayed on that.
  2. Can I ask the OP to delete out the lines: Well we know he used to work for Nolan Partners. So why would Paul Nolan ask one of his own employees to apply for this position? As I was questioned on this and can't find the link where I found it. However it'll be re-insered if/when I do find it. Thanks
  3. Personally I think you are a halfwit.
  4. Green is a figurehead here, any decisions will be voted on by the rest of the consortium. Until we know who the consortium consists of it's absolutely pointless digging up dirt on Green. If rumours are to be believed there are at least two billionaires in the consortium. Shall we dig dirt up on them?
  5. I take it you have an upcoming meeting with him to tell him how to do his job then?
  6. How's about we let Mr Green get on with the job at hand and let the mhanks worry about digging up dirt on him.
  7. Here's the deal: Every single aspect of Rangers has been reported in the past three months. Be it parking tickets for players, reserve team players singing songs or anything else. The very fact an Ibrox employee, a female no less, gets assaulted outside Ibrox doesn't make the news is concerting to say the least. Even the relatively late report from the STV refuses to acknowledge the fact that the 'group' were in fact Celtic supporters. Anyone who doesn't think there is a meda agenda against us really does need to wake up.
  8. Oh, I wouldn't listen to a word Leggo says, a fekkin imbecile.
  9. Businesses, but as has been alluded to above we will be seen as a business as the football creditors rule doesn't apply to us.
  10. Bollocks, historically HMRC agree 73% of CVAs.
  11. Hmm, dunno, the SFA hold the licenses, it's a different situation to the SPL deal.
  12. I think we have to appeal to the SFA to reverse their decision on that. Which they won't. The only positive they could gain out of it would be Rangers maybe increasing the co-efficient slightly. That doesn't outweigh the punishment they deem necessary for us, bad publicity, the embarrassment and uproar of stepping backwards and the upset of other SFA clubs who are now preparing for their European campaigns.
  13. Sorry 22 days, I forgot about the CVA prep stage. But 17 days from it being lodged in court. However I suspect that going by the information going around about Rangers accounts it'd take longer than that. I think Kennedy mentioned 8 weeks, it'd also depend on how much the new owners wanted to invest time, money and effort on it.
  14. A CVA can be done in 17 days if all information is available. Just saying...
  15. A CVA can't just be done, there is a process for it. We need to be out of administration first and foremost before the season ends. This can be done by the sale of the club irrespective of whether the CVA is agreed or not. New owners would need to fund the running costs of the club whilst the CVA arrangement is put in place. Correct a CVA won't be done today, or tomorrow or next week in fact, but if the main players get to an agreement fast then the process can be speeded up.
  16. I believe a deal has been struck with HMRC and a CVA will be the route. I don't understand your thinking that because they are buying us outright automatically means a newco, on nwhat basis?
  17. I'd imagine any deal with Whyte will have to otherwise it's a no-goer. He is still the major player here and we need those shares to get rid of him. If it involves some sort of appeasement I'm all for it to get our club back on track.

  19. Suing the SFA would lead to sanctions fir the SFA, ala getting kicked out of UEFA competition. Now that is appealing.
  20. It's a great idea, but D&P won't instigate it and we'd have to see if any new owners would have the balls to.
  21. I am concerned with the long term outlook with TBK's in charge. We know nothing of how they will fund Rangers as an ongoing business. Or to that matter what plans they really have. Miller on the otherhand is a proven business man and has actually laid out a plan for all to see.
  22. They are within their rights to feel that way. However, I wonder out of the 7 how many bought a black/red scarf.
