  1. This games is going to be the muts nuts. Cant wait. Im buying a new pc for this aswell
  2. They havnt had that many games aswell this season, how can they be tired? They havnt even started to gel as a team this season. I think this is good news, they are scared of us!
  3. i love the song, have it as my ringtone. i think its a great song for the players to come out and intimidating
  4. In my opinion, Burke would not be a shock, but Buffel would be. I think once he's back to match fitness, he could fit very well into our new system. Thoughts? same here, if hamdani goes move thomson back and buffel will slot in very well
  5. i can only think hemdani, burke or possibly buffel. doubt buffel will go though
  6. http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,1...2681067,00.html The Ibrox boss has overseen the departures of striker Filip Sebo on a year-long loan deal to French side Valenciennes and midfielder Ian Murray, who is poised to join Norwich after being released. Despite admitting his player pool is bursting at the seams, Smith is keen to strengthen several positions in his side. Speaking at the club's annual general meeting, Smith said: "We have a squad of 27 players but it is too big to keep everyone happy. "With the under-21 rule in place that means we need to rotate the squad or try to achieve a balance in terms of making sure players get the required number of games. "So having a huge squad of players is not of major benefit to us. "We would obviously like to add one or two players before the end of the transfer window as there are a couple of positions where I feel we are a bit light. To do that we will have to rid ourselves of one or two others. "Sebo and Ian Murray are now gone and a few others may go within the week. Again, that may not be of our making if someone comes along with an offer." Smith was also keen to dispel suggestions made by one shareholder that left-back Steven Smith may struggle to recover from a long-term injury. The Light Blues chief admitted that defender Smith, who turns 22 next week, will not make his comeback from a problematic groin injury until all the medical staff are satisfied. Smith added: "We have been extra careful with him as he has had one or two problems that have plagued him throughout his short career. "He will return to training within the next two or three weeks and we will give him plenty of time to make sure everything settles down. "The specialists, physios and doctors are all extremely upbeat that Steven will rid himself of the problems he has had. "On a personal basis, from what I have seen in the last few weeks I have no doubts he will return." Looks like some others might be on there way!! not sure who though
  7. Where abouts in Perth ur ye mudvaynor? : :classier_than_pipeguy: Duncraig, you..? Connolly, Doon in Collie just now working My parents live in Connolly, im looking to move out there soon
  8. Red Star and Partizan are simbols that comunist used in WW2.When their time was over, many names of streets or towns were changed. But they just jused those concept.Nobody ever think to change the Red Star name.Croatian was try that with Dinamo(Croatia, Hask, etc.) but they relize that is inpossible and stupid. We know that there is stadium callled MARAKANA somewhere in South America, but i can ensure you that real MK is on the small hill in Belgrade. So there is no need to change IBROX, cose eventhough i do not know what it meens, when somebody hear that name then he knows where his team are going. About atmosfere, it was not what i have espected. When you came to Belgrade, if there would not be problems with you gays you shall see hell on earth, pressure that can easily deside winner. If you will be the one to score first, it might be difficult and that is your only chance best what you trying to say? Havnt got a clue
  9. We dont need to call it something else. We dont have to pretend its something its not like all these other clubs. We have Ibrox, the best stadium in the world
  10. i think your correct. Im sure you only dont get some if you go out in the previous round
  11. I think the article has a bit of media spin on it cause i was watching a interview with JC and he was saying he only did it so he could stay fresh for Liverpool because they play so many games. I can see his fustrations though, playing amazing well but still cannot get a game for England. Im not sure if he is right or wrong , i can see both arguements. But you personally i think you should drop everything to play for your country, i think aswell they shouldnt even be paid for it!!!
  12. We as RFC fans seem to demand that we be entertained and win every game. If you really went because you loved Rangers then winning would be satisfying enough for you, not how we won or the manner we did it. Do you see fans of poorer sides, who are far worse off than us moaning about how they have to travel 500 miles at an expensive cost and watch their team play route one every week and still see them lose? Last year we all collectively moaned about how we were playing good football, but we were struggling to grind out results and we were very weak defensively, now we are doing that these same fans are moaning about how it's not pretty to watch. With some fans it's give an inch they take a mile. They need to realise that we aren't Barcalona, Chelsea, Man Utd or AC Milan. We have to make the best of what we have and at the moment that is what we are doing. That's the difference. We're stronger defensively, stronger in midfield, stronger up front but we're playing worse. Imagine if we actually played some decent football with the players we have now? We'd be getting more than lucky wins against Zeta and Red Star. If Novo hadn't luckily nutmegged the keeper you wouldn't be saying this. chelsea play some of the most boring football, but most of there fans dont care, because they win. 2 of our strikers arent fit and once they are and our team has a bit more time to gel i think we will be a good team. But we need a creative midfielder, i hope smith plays buffell in his natural position
  13. You have a very good point, but i think it will come. We are a new team, we need to gel a bit more and i dont think walter knows our best team. But i do think walter has to change our tactics, he might when we qualify
  14. And thats the key difference between Ceullar and Boum. Boum played for a decent side in a decent league, but he still needed a stepping stone to England and the SPL was the best place to do it, while getting a massive ?30,000 a week! Ceullar doesn't need that stepping stone, he is a proven La Liga player, he didn't need an easy outlet to display his talentes. If he wanted to move to England he would have gone ahead and done it, not moved to us on £15,000 a week when he could automatically have commaded double that down the road! Spot on!!! i think Ceuller is a lot different to Boum. Im sure Ceuller will surprise a lot of people and be here for a number of years
  15. I think he will be a bit more affective playing the lone role upfront. If like the reports say that he has a very good turn and is very physical he could play the away matches in europe this season
  16. No, i think he will be a great signing! i direct winger who looks like he can cross and shoot. Walter has said today that in training this week he has started to show his sharpness after the summer and with regards to the zeta match im sure he will have had instructions to pass it around instead of running at the defenders and potentially lose it.
  17. Yeh same here mate, but cash is very thin on the ground at the moment
  18. Learn something new every day :beer2: cant wait for this game, shame im going to have to buy a new pc for it.
