  1. Unirea are actually 4th in their league, but only 2 points behind the leaders Rapid. It's very tight & they're not doing badly at all, given that a home win on Friday would have seen them go top of the table. Apparently they played shite on Friday though & were beaten 2-1. Personally, I don't think we're gonna give them a hiding, but if we do it's exactly what we need to hopefully step up a gear and start playing the way we should be in the SPL & CL.
  2. You were making sense until you said Bougherra should play at RB. Just because he is a pacey player doesn't mean he will automatically be suited to a RB role. It's like me saying, "oh I saw Kris Boyd run up the left wing today with the ball, lets shove him in there". It just doesn't make sense. He's playing on the right of the Algeria back line & the only mistakes I saw him make last week were slack passes in the Algerian attacking moves. Apart from anything, I only suggested moving Bougherra to RB for a certain amount of time so that Wilson could come in at CB between him & Weir to gain their experience. It would mean Wilson hopefully learning quickly from Weir, but having Bougherra to his right as well.
  3. He must have been fucking legless. She's nowhere near good enough looking for shagger. He could be bedding quality looking models, so WTF would drive him mad about that tart? Loada shite.
  4. Fucking hell. What happened to wanting to & believing you WILL win every game??
  5. Maybe Madjid's been banging some Algerian slapper all week. No excuse for a 'pro' footballer though...
  6. It would be safer playing him as a RB an in emergency than playing him as a CB! Not that I want to see Whittaker playing as CB with Lee at RB right enough.
  7. muff im not saying hes our best player but today i thought he was papac and whittiker are too prone to drifting infield leaving the opposition the oppotunity to cross into the box my gripe with the OP is that he is the eay target but today if not for him we are 2 down when samuel was bearing down on goal in normal games id rather not have him but atm he hasnt let us down as much as some of our own would want(which i find sad) No sane Rangers fan wants one of our players to let us down kpl. That's crazy talk. All I'm saying with regards to McCulloch, is can he please not be allowed anywhere near the central defender position that he's being played in when Bougherra isn't in the team. Same goes for any time we might be without Weir - don't play Lee McCulloch at CB FFS! With regards to saying that Lee is just an easy target, that's incorrect. He's one of several easy targets & even Davie Weir, who's the most experienced CB in Scotland isn't immune because he's too slow, not agile enough anymore & his distribution is fcuking horrific. That's why I said that "we seriously need to play a faster, more skilled, more agile young defender alongside Weir when Bougherra is out". We need to have some balance in the central defense & while Bougherra usually provides that, McCulloch doesn't. You can't balance up Weir's weaknesses with a bruiser of a player that's not much faster then Weir & not even a defender.
  8. I didn't want to write a dozen bloody threads. I wanted to write one about being sick of seeing McCulloch being played in central defense. It's beyond a joke. We're lucky we didn't lose the game in Killie because he was played at CB. The guy is not a defender. yet today was our best work it out and move on Our best what??
  9. Agree with practically everything said in the OP. Shocking stuff!! Yes, we got the 3 points, but if I'm being honest, we robbed St Johnstone today. We want to be skinning the lower SPL sides home AND away, not robbing them FFS!!

  11. Enough is enough. When are Ally & Kenny going to tell Walter that they think it's a poor choice to play Lee McCulloch at CB?? The guy is NOT a defender FFS!! We seriously need to play a faster, more skilled, more agile young defender alongside Weir when Bougherra is out. As I suggested elsewhere, get Wilson in beside Weir & Bougherra out to RB for a bit to give Wilson some experience, because jesus, we seriously need the young lad to get some experience before Walter's forced to give him his debut in a back line stricken with injury & suspension issues.
  12. 12 MINUTES LADS!!! :pierre: It's 9.07pm now. That must have been a wind up.
  13. Was having a read on a couple of Falkirk forums & one or two fans on the 'one F in Falkirk' forum were saying it would be their last game if their club gave in & went for applause rather than silence.
  14. Get a swatch at what the mopes are saying about it if you can suffer the pain of reading their shite - http://www.board67.com/forum/misc-boards/g...nd-silence.html
  15. The Falkirk fans are well pissed off about this. I hope their club stand strong & ask for the minutes silence & nothing else.
  16. Cockroaches have a great survival record!!
  17. The mopes must idolize the guy given how he manages to get our knickers in a twist with one snyde comment on... erm snyde.
  18. Why would you bid 10 million when yoiu know you would get him for around 4,5 million? Rangers wouldn't sell Bougherra for £4.5m! I hope you're right about that because if it was a top 4 EPL club, Bougherra would probably leave no matter how much the club were willing to sell for.
  19. What were the best & worst moments in your footballing career? During your time playing at Ibrox, what do think was the best Rangers team you played in?
  20. :wilson: Why? :bougherra: Why? Getting Wilson in sooner rather than later in the season would be a wise decision IMO and playing him between Bougherra & Weir would provide a safety net as well as great experience for the youngster.
  21. He's probably buggered off out of embarrassment that the Atlantic league tripe has resurfaced 7 years after he was driveling this rubbish:- I bet there's some happy campers at Falkirk FC as well...
  22. I might sign up for the Army tomorrow. Fantastic gesture by the club!!
  23. Just a thought. Maybe it would be better to just publicly thank him for all the wonderful things he's done for Scottish football in 10 years at the SPL & in particular for helping us out with our fixture congestion in the last weeks of our 07/08 title challenge & run up to the UEFA Cup final. Lex Gold... what a guy!
