Aye photoshop and everything can be free on the internet so it is not lots of money. You just look at tutorials and other peoples work for inspiration,you can download photoshop for dummies too and that will show you the basic features. Practice with it and find out what works best for you and then you're jammin'

Looks nice but I hate graffiti fonts in sigs.
