Think a bit of perspective is needed here. Wylde was always going to come out and say he left to save jobs etc. It's good of him to reject any redundancy package but I don't believe for one minute he hasn't had his agent touting him around other teams incase he was let go. He will already have an offer lined up, if he was as big a 'Rangers man' as some are claiming he'd have accepted the huge wage cut until the end of the season and then assessed his options if a new owner was in place.
Only 5000 tickets left for this weekends game! Hopefully another sell out and another fantastic atmosphere to Show the club our support in its time of need!
Been working all day and had a look at most of the posts on here. Seen a few where people are saying the feel much better now than 24 hours ago. What has happened today?
Looks like the fans will be out in force on Saturday too. Proving Ally right: "Im biased and I make no apology for that, I believe we have the best fans in the world, and we will see that over the next few weeks"
The last few days have been up there with the worst in the history of this club. Ex-players have had their say. Craig Whyte has had his say. Every journalist and financial expert in the UK has had their say. But their is only one man who has spoken from the heart and has handled himself with the dignity this club expects. Step forward 'Super' Ally McCoist. He may not be the man everybody wants in the managers seat at Ibrox and the likelihood is if we weren't in this financial difficulty he wouldn't be there, but he is and he is handling himself admirably. It would be easy for him to throw in the towel, to accept that he has had no help from the board this year and the he has been fighting a losing battle but he hasn't. He has began to rally the team and the supporters in the clubs hour of need and he continues to stand tall, willing to dive head first into the challenges ahead. I am extremely proud to have Ally as manager of our club - his club - and although we will likely end this season empty handed there will be nobody happier to see us emerge from administration and live to fight again next season with Super Ally at the helm! We Are The People
According to Sky Sports some players will be released when we go into administration. Surely this can't be fair on the players as they are then without a club until at least the summer. Anybody know what would happen in the case?
Those who would rather see Andy Little and Salim Kerkar up front than Daniel Cousin are deluded. He may have let us down in Florence but he's better than any of the attacking options we currently have fit.
Claims he agreed terms with Rangers on deadline day, was told to wait on them phoning him back with flight details and then never got a call. Baffling.
Jelavic on way to Everton today. Difficult for Mccoist to bring in replacements. Gers, Cardiff, Notts Forest and Bristol City want David Templeton. And the scum have received no bids for Stokes and are looking for another striker
Strange player. Seems to play well for 6 months in SPL, wins a big money deal but fails to make an impact and is back to SPL for another 6 months before getting another big deal elsewhere before flopping and returning to the SPL. Guy must be worth a few bob!
Think it's only a matter of time before he goes on loan. He'd have been in the squad for Saturday if it wasn't to protect him against the playing for 2 clubs rule
