  1. Again some outstanding gestures going on. Can only applaud anyone sponsoring others for tickets
  2. Apologies, got confused with selling of them for £200k.. Either way it's unforgivable, that's for sure./
  3. Selling a gift of 200 shares that were given to us in the 1930s by a club who's rivalry with us dates back to the early 1900s is just yet another kick in the balls from what we have to endure everyday.. The shares may mean nothing to you, but in terms of the history of our club it's a huge deal. John Greig also seems pretty disgusted that this has happened. One of the articles someone posted up says this idea was sounded out a couple of years back but the current board decided it would be morally wrong..
  4. Absolutely disgusted to read that this has happened.. What other iconic bits of history or great friendships is this piece of shit going to take from us? The idea to buy them back is nice enough, but sadly the damage has already been done by CW
  5. Correct me if i'm wrong but this is what Barca do? And they vote a president, ie a fan who has been voted by the fans to be the head of the club so to speak.. So would it really make a difference to have these different organisations as it would be the fans who decide the voice of the club, and not one or 2 different organisations?
  6. Guys at the bottom of your garden protesting about your dad is barely a happy memory too see is it?
  7. Ibrox? At his offices or wherever he does his day to day business? Just don't agree it should be at his home and im shocked at how much outrage me saying this seems to be causing
  8. Yeah i'm a princess because when i saw the photo instead of laughing about it, i was embarrassed by it.. And not once did i say it was threatening or there was any such behaviour, but there times and places for these things and i don't believe that at the guys home is one of those.
  9. So won't expect to see you at any games next season atall then? If Whyte is still in control that is of course.
  10. Outside the guys family home where is kids could be? Sure you would have the same view point if that was your house..
  11. Can i also just ask those that will not be renewing their ST for the reasons such as Whyte still being in charge/management still in place, if they will be so easy to refuse a SC or LC Final ticket against the tims for example? A last day title decider at Rugby Park, Tannadice etc? Would you're disgust at the owners/management be continuous on days such as these?
  12. I got my season ticket when i was 16, i love my seat in the GF and i presonally will never give it up. As someone said earlier, the fans are the blood and the team need us. Gutted to see already a lot of people judging McCoists managerial abilities on a season where we have had circumstances most never thought we would see at our club. And wanting him out, some not renewing if he is still in charge? Pretty shocking actually.
  13. Everyday i read stuff on Whyte, and i'm in such rage at some of the stuff i'm reading and genuinely think the guy has completely fucking done us. Then i read a statement from him and don't know what to believe. We all want answers and to tell him what we think but that is certainly not the right way to go about it. Whyte has kids who may or may not have been in that day and friendly protest or not i can't imagine them finding it to be a happy experience to see that. And i'm really genuinely pretty dissapointed to see that. But hey, just my opinion, one which i hope the majority of Gers fans agree with.
  14. Feels like its fucking Christmas Day tomorrow! Goodnight mate!
  15. Sun lying around in the work today and this was front page.. Only in the fucking Sun!
  16. Eh? This all came out last night mate, and he has already cam out earlier on and said it's a load of old nonsense.. Thank fuck!
  17. Before the game tomorrow, i think its right just to remind everyone on here just some of the quotes that has been said about our great fans and stadium before showing the world tommorow just why, WATP.. Gary Neville (Manchester United) "This was the loudest atmosphere that I have known, compared to any English ground away from home. "There have been certain nights at Old Trafford in European games - the ones against Juventus comes to mind - when the atmosphere was incredible. "But this was definitely up there with the best. It was fantastic. "When we came out at the start I was looking around me and I saw people in the directors’ box jumping up singing and I was wondering what was happening. It is not usually like that. "The crowd beating us was never going to happen - but thank goodness they didn’t score." Marcos Senna (Villarreal) "Usually players don't even hear supporters when we play but it was impossible to ignore the crowd in Glasgow. "When they scored, the noise was amazing, incredible. It was a very beautiful spectacle. "I could almost say I was not totally sad when they scored - that crowd deserved it. "It seems there will be 6000 Rangers fans here but only 4000 will get into the stadium. Well, it's going to be noisy inside and out. "Their fans are great and it will help them but it was a lot noisier at Ibrox than it will be at our ground. The Madrigal fans support us a lot but in a different way." Giovanni van Bronckhorst (Barcelona) "It is not just made up that players can suffer from an intimidating atmosphere when they play at visiting grounds. "I know from Ruud (Ruud van Nistelrooy) that when we beat PSV at Ibrox in the Champions League he thought it was very frightening. He said it was one of the most atmospheric matches he had ever experienced - and now he has to face it again. For him to come back to Ibrox it will be the same experience. "I know that Manchester United's players face all the biggest games and full stadiums everywhere, but I think most of them will find this Wednesday night at Ibrox a really different atmosphere. "I've played in England and I don't think that any stadium in the Premiership can compare with Ibrox for its intimidating atmosphere - it is far above them." Didier Drogba (Chelsea) "All I can say when I try to imagine what it will be like at Ibrox is Ooh la la!' I played against Rangers at Ibrox with Chelsea in the summer and we lost 2-0, I have told Perrin that the atmosphere at Ibrox is absolutely magical. To my way of appreciating football, its truly really beautiful. That's how to support your team!" Dado Prso (Monaco) "The atmosphere was incomparable, and I had goosebumps throughout the match," he said of the 2-2 draw, despite spending the first 56 minutes on the bench. Since then, I have never experienced anything as intense in any of the other European stadia I've played football in. Rangers are the club I needed to join. They are a club in my own image, and their ambitions are on the same level as my own." Frank Lampard (Chelsea) "The Rangers fans were awesome, all the lads were talking about it," said Lampard. "The reception I got when I went to take corners during the game, and after when we were going off, was really nice. "They certainly love their own team, but it was very special to get that welcome. It was amazing really, and a very good game to play in for us, certainly the best friendly we've had. "With that kind of backing from their crowd, they will be hard to beat. And I expect to see Rangers in the Champions League.
  18. It's certainly what i would refer to as a 'classic'.. Cracking tune!
  19. Seen this flying about twitter for the last few days aswell.. Hopefully it take off to be fair, would be immense!
  20. Absolutely top class. From all the years as a ST holder that is one moment for me that has always stood out! Deafining that was I really, really think it could be even better tomorrow though Bring it on!
  21. Deffo rep for that! Every fucking day in work, working with a tim, i promise you about 20% of the songs that come on the radio i hear, "thats sung at parkheid, that's oor song".. Ridiculous!
  22. As most have no doubt expressed throughout the day, tommorrow's game is being anticipated more than an OF game, or European tie, and i'm literally buzzing for it. But for me when it's a huge game, i cannot wait for the rendition of Penny Arcade before the match! Before the OF game at Ibrox last season when we had the small Union Flags held by each fan while Penny Arcade was on, i thought was special. But tommorrow's could be unbelievable. It will set the atmosphere up for the entire match, and thinking about is already giving me goosebumps. Literally, cannot wait until tommorrow!
