They will show that Directors repaid a sizeable amount of loans to themselves which had a direct impact on our transfer budget. A difficult one to spin given where we are. Although I’m sure the usual suspects will try and do it for them.

Is it? The club is such a mess that the actual talent of the manager is secondary to his leadership and personality. The manager needs to be able to carry the entire club because the board are so inept. Gerrard was able to do it.

We were absolutely superb today. Everything about it was great. Intensity, purpose, all our set pieces were taken quickly, a good press. Granted, Aberdeen made it easy with their set up but all of the above have been missing most of the season. Makes the rest of the performances, especially last weekend all the more frustrating

He was bombed out the squad for the Old Firm game and a game at Ibrox recently (forget which one) for turning up for training late. He had issues at Schalke previously and also fell out with the Welsh manager for period.

Davis as an attacking midfielder equally bad

Looks like a lower league player. Has had disciplinary problems with us already and has had them throughout his career. Between fee & wages will cost nearly £10m over his contract.

Knutsen gets a lot of attention but up until the last couple of years at Bodo his career has been mediocre at best.

A manager having complete control of the club sounds exactly what we need. Bielsa was supposedly on about £8m a year at Leeds so wouldn’t spend too much time thinking about him. There isn’t a huge amount of obvious candidates out there

He’s going nowhere until the league is completely out of reach, probably after the 2nd Jan. We’ll then spend the Jan window looking for a manager and not bring anyone in.
